Sacred to the Navajo, people the formations of these monuments created of layers of sandstone are breathtaking. These magnificent natural sculptures can be seen when approaching Monument Valley from the SW. I haven’t seen other images like this. The magic was the sand storm that was taking place and softening the magical light.
